In order to use Electronic Positive Response (EPR), you must first read through the documentation on requirements and functionality found → Electronic Positive Response

There are 2 reports available to members. 

These are located at 

  • Once you are logged in, a menu will appear as shown in Fig 1 below.

  • Under the “Reports” column, find the category labeled “Electronic Positive Response”. 

  • “Electronic Positive Response Analysis” will show information about what responses you have made

  • “Electronic Positive Responses Not in Time” will show a list of tickets that you did not respond to by the required response date.
