Contact lookup is used to access contact information for Vacuum, Emergency and No Response contacts on a ticket. Design contact information is available for DigAlert's Utility Members or excavators with a paid subscription.
To use Contact Lookup with a ticket number:
- Click on Contact Lookup on the Direct homepage.
2. Enter the ticket number that you wish to view contact information for and click search.
3. The ticket's contact information will be listed.
4. Print or save the contact information by clicking on the print or PDF icon.
To use Contact Lookup by location:
- Click on Contact Lookup on the Direct homepage.
2. At the top right corner of the contact lookup page, click Lookup by Location.
You can use Contact Lookup with your current location if you have a GPS enabled device. Simply click on Use Current Location under submit.
3. Enter a County and Place
4. Enter the street the work is on in the Location field
5. If you want to search for two locations, type "AND" after the first street.
6. Click submit.
7. Print or save the contact information by clicking on the print or PDF icon.
