How to Create a Ticket

To create a ticket:

  1. Click on New Ticket on the Direct Homepage.




2. Select a type of user.



3. Complete your information. 

You may use a cell phone number if an office number is not available. The referral code field may be left blank if one is not available. 



4. Enter the information for the company that is doing the work.

If you are a homeowner and you are doing the work yourself, then enter your information 



5. Answer the questions in regards to how and when the excavation will be done. 

Utility members require a minimum of two full working days notice not including the date of notification to mark their lines.
