How to Duplicate a Ticket

To duplicate a ticket: 

  1. Log in to your Direct Account.

Skip to step 2 if you do not have an account.

2. Click on My Tickets. 



3. Click on the ticket you want to Duplicate.

or enter your ticket number at the top and click View Ticket. 


 


4. Click Duplicate. 



5. Make the necessary changes. 

Note: Changes to location while duplicating a ticket is only available to professional users.
