On the Street Location

To create an On the Street Location Ticket:

  1. Select On the Street under What type of location you are inputting? 
  2. Select a County and City.
  3. Enter the side of the street you are working on. 
  4. Enter the name of the street you are working on. 
  5. Enter the name of the intersecting street the work start from.
  6. Enter the name of the intersecting street the work ends at. 
  7. click Next. 
  8. Review the map and location.
  9. If the map and location are correct, click Yes.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Review & Submit.
