How to Renew a Ticket

To renew a ticket without an account:

  1.  Click on My Tickets on the Direct homepage 



2. Enter your ticket number and click View Ticket 



3. Click Renewal on the top right corner. 



4. Enter your name and click OK. 



5. Renewal confirmation will provide the new expiration date.
