How to report a Damage/Exposed line

To report a damage/exposed line: 

  1. Log in to your Direct Account.

Skip to step 2 if you do not have an account.

2. Click on My Tickets. 


3. Select the ticket you want to report a Damage/Exposed for,

or enter your ticket number at the top and click View Ticket. 


 


4. Click on Damage/Exposed

5. Select the type of line that was Damaged/Exposed, describe in detail what happened to the line, and the location where it occurred. 



6. Confirmation screen.
