How to report a No Response

To Report a No Response:

  1. Log in to your Direct Account.
  2. Skip to step 2 if you do not have an account.

    2. Click on My Tickets. 



    3. Click on the ticket you want to Duplicate

    or enter your ticket number at the top and click View Ticket. 


     


4. Click on No Response. 


5. Select Yes or No to Has the Area Been Delineated? at the top 

6. Select the member that did not respond by utility type 

7. Add any additional comments if you have any. 

8. Click Submit at the bottom right corner. 




 9.  Confirmation screen.
