How to request Re-marks

To request remarks :

  1. Log in to your Direct Account.

Skip to step 2 if you do not have an account.

2. Click on My Tickets.



3. Select the ticket you want remarked. Or enter your ticket number at the top. 

Note: You can only Re-mark one ticket at a time. 


 


4.Click Re-mark, the second option from the left corner.  



5. Select the the utilities you need Re-marks from or select All. You can also add additional comments. 



6. Confirmation screen.
