How to Request a Standby

To request a Standby:

  1. Log in to your Direct account, or if you don't have an account skip to step 2 
  2. Click on My Tickets on the Direct homepage 
  3. Enter the ticket number at the top and click View Ticket, or Click the selection box next to a ticket number  
  4. Click on Amendment in the header under 'My Tickets'


5. Click on Request a Stand By 

6. Select the utility you are requesting to Stand By, the date, and the location you wish to meet at.
