How to Submit Tickets

To submit a ticket:

  1. After you have completed the Location Information, you need to verify all of the information and click Submit at the bottom right corner. 

2. Then, you will receive your ticket number with the utility members that are required to respond and the expiration date. 

3. The following is an example of a suspended ticket. If your ticket is suspended,  it will be placed in a queue.

A DigAlert representative will review your ticket and send you the active ticket, or will contact you if corrections or more information is needed.
