How to submit an emergency ticket

To submit an emergency ticket:

  1. Log in to your Direct account.
  2. Click New Ticket.
  3. Complete the Company Information tab.
  4.  Complete the Ticket Information tab and select Yes to Is The Ticket an Emergency ticket?

The Emergency option is only available to registered users. Create an account to have the Emergency ticket option. 

5. Read the disclaimer and select an option.

6. If you wish to continue with an emergency ticket, enter the forman's name and phone number and continue.

7.  Proceed to location and complete the ticket.

Note: The emergency work start date/time will default to the date/time you created the ticket. Please do not change.
