When creating a ticket, either online or over the phone with one of our Customer Service Respresentives (CSR), you will be asked if you would like to receive a copy of the ticket and any Electronic Positive Response (EPR) notifications. These notifications are by Email, SMS or both. Here are examples of what each one looks like.
