Contact Lookup is an all inclusive contact lookup.

View the following types:

  • Design Contacts (with valid subscription only.  See www.digalert.org/design-lookups for more information on subscriptions)
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Vacuum Contacts

Using:

  • A valid ticket number
  • A location on a map
  • Your current location (when used by a device that allows location services)

  1. Enter a valid 10 character ticket number. All tickets MUST begin with either "A" or "B".
  2. Click the "Search" button
  3. A list of contacts will appear

Once a list of contacts are displayed you are able to print the list or save the list as a PDF by using the appropriate buttons at the top right of the contact list. You are also able to view/print the complete ticket by clicking the "Ticket" tab located below the ticket number.

To lookup another ticket. Click the back arrow button located at the top left of the contact list and repeat the steps above.

  1. Click the "Lookup By Location" tab
  2. To lookup by using your current location (GPS), click "Use Current Location". Then go to Step 6.
  3. To lookup by a location, select a County and Place (City) from the drop down lists
  4. In the "Location" field enter either:
    1. The address and street name. Example: 123 Main St
    2. One of the street names. Example: Main St
    3. An intersection using 'and' or '&'. Example: Main St and First St or Main St & First St
  5. Click "Submit"
  6. A list of found areas will display. If there is an exact match, the map will have a drawing on it.
  7. If there is an exact match AND it is all inclusive of the area you are looking for, go to Step 10
  8. Use the options shown from the list until you either get the entire area you are looking for or you find the general area you are looking for.
  9. Using the map tools located at the bottom middle of the map, draw the entire area you are looking for on the map. Finish the drawing by double clicking
  10. Once the blue drawing encompasses your entire area, click the "Get Member" button located at the bottom
