In order to use Electronic Positive Response (EPR), you must first read through the documentation on requirements and functionality found → Electronic Positive Response (EPR)
There are 2 reports available to members.
These are located at https://newtin.digalert.org.

Once you are logged in, a menu will appear as shown in Fig 1 below.

Under the “Reports” column, find the category labeled “Electronic Positive Response”.

“Electronic Positive Response Analysis” will show information about what responses you have made

“Electronic Positive Responses Not in Time” will show a list of tickets that you did not respond to by the required response date.
