Using Ticket Resend

Ticket Resend is used to resend tickets that you may have missed, lost or deleted. 

Required Information

You must know either the ticket number or the sequence number of the ticket you wish to resend.  If you do not know either of these, please use “Ticket Delivery Report” first to find this information.

Resend tickets by Ticket Number

  1. Click on the "Ticket Resend" link under the "Tickets" column

  2. If you have access to more than one member code, select the correct member code from the drop down list

  3. In the “Tickets” text box, type the ticket number(s) that you wish to resend.  Follow the examples on the form to ensure the ticket number(s) are in the correct format

  4. Click the “Submit” button to resend the tickets

Resend tickets by Sequence Number

  1. Click on the “Sequence” button

  2. The sequence number will end with either an A or B.  At the top of this window select the button that corresponds with this letter

  3. If you have access to more than one member code, select the correct member code from the drop down

  4. In most cases you will leave the “Forward” dropdown blank

  5. If you have a range of sequence numbers enter the first one in the field to the right of “Range”, and the last one in the field to the right of “Through”.  Click the “Submit Range” button to resend the range of sequence numbers

  6. If you only have one sequence number or you have sequence numbers that are not consecutive, enter them into the field titled “Sequence numbers”.  Follow the example on the form to ensure the sequence numbers are in the correct format.  Then click on the “Submit” button to resend the sequence number(s).

Using the Summary Option

  1. Click on the “Summary” button

  2. Select which server you wish the summary to send from by choosing either A or B from the top of this window

  3. If you have access to more than one member code, select the correct member code from the drop down list

  4. In most cases you will leave the “Forward” dropdown blank

  5. Enter the date you wish to receive the summary for in the “Date” field

Using the Test Option

  1. Click on the “Summary” button

  2. If you have access to more than one member code, select the correct member code from the drop down list

  3. Enter the number of test messages you wish to send (limited to nine (9))

  4. Click the “Submit” button to send the test messages
