Plain Text Email Ticket Delivery Notice

Effective January 1st, 2027, DigAlert® will discontinue the sending of plain text email tickets. While this might seem extremely advanced noticed we know that many of our members are using parsing systems with these plain text emails.  We understand this change will require planning, design, budgeting and testing to ensure a smooth transition over to a more modern technology like JSON or XML.  Both JSON and XML are available in either email delivery or via web hook for more modern and secure systems.

If you are currently reading plain text email tickets manually (without using ticket a parsing system), then switching to a cleaner more user-friendly version, called HTML, will not only be easy but is highly recommended to do as soon as possible.  Changing to HTML will not affect anything else as far as how you are receiving tickets or how you respond to Electronic Positive Response. It will just look nicer in your inbox.
